Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 15 years in project management of construction projects; extensive experience in land development construction and housing
  • Education: Graduate of B.S. Civil Engineering or B.S. Architecture with PRC license
  • Competencies / Skills: Proficient in CAD and MS Office, Project Management, Report writing and presentation skills, Design Review and Cost Estimating
  • Can drive with valid license and willing to travel; projects to be handled will focus on Northern Luzon projects – Pampanga, Hermosa, Tarlac, etc.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the project development of land development, housing, and vertical projects from Pre-construction up to Post construction stage.

He/she, in coordination with the internal Design Team, shall conduct design plan reviews for constructability and value-engineering.

He/she shall lead the project site team during the tender and award stage of the project by performing pre-qualification screenings of prospective contractors, review of final cost estimates and bill of quantities, evaluation of bids in relation to approved technical drawings, specifications and approved cost estimates and preparation of final recommendations for the award.

During the construction stage, the candidate shall oversee the site administration and construction management of the project. This shall include the following responsibilities:

  • Development and implementation of plans, procedures, schedules, records, correspondences and arrangements for construction operations
  • Oversee coordination of contractors' queries with project design consultants and ILMI design management team,
  • Review and recommend approval of contractor billings,
  • Project progress reporting and coordination with Clients,
  • Preparation project cost control system and annual cash flow projections, and
  • Preparation of final project completion report.
