What you'll be doing

  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for electrical works
  2. Analyse technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify and quantify necessary materials and labour
  3. Monitor project costs and budgets, providing regular updates and recommending adjustments as needed
  4. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to optimise costs and ensure successful project delivery
  5. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all electrical cost data
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  7. Willing to work in San Juan City
  8. Willing to start ASAP

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Electrical Engineering Graduate
  2. Male or Female
  3. 1-2 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor -Electrical
  4. Thorough understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation processes
  5. Proficiency in using cost estimation software and tools
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  8. Familiarity with construction industry regulations and standards
