HRA Supervisor

Job Descriptions (HR & Admin Supervisor):

• Assist the manager to handle all HR and Admin function
• Propose and implement HR-Admin related strategy
• Manage on office administration, admin-related stuff and purchasing
• Perform and analyse on employee payroll by using excel,
• government statutories
• Plan and implement the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
• Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
• Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and
• promotion and hiring analytics
• Create, implement and manage onboarding plans
• Identified KPIs for all departments
• Plan and implement training programs
• Manage performance management and employee evaluation
• Maintaining employee records and paperwork
• Manage on Employee database
• Adhere to laws and regulations
• Ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• Additional HR education and certification will be a plus
• Three years of experience as an HR Officer or similar HR role (For Supervisor level and above required to have at least 3 years of management level)
• Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
• Good understanding of labor laws
• Proficient in MS Office
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
