Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the HR Department in various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, timekeeping, and personnel records management. The role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling applicants for interviews.
  • Conduct initial interviews and background checks, if required.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents.
  • Facilitate orientation for newly hired employees.

2. Employee Records Management

  • Maintain and update 201 files and HR databases (attendance, leave, and employee information).
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee records.
  • Encode and track employee movements such as transfers, resignations, and terminations.

3. Timekeeping and Attendance

  • Monitor daily attendance and verify timekeeping reports.
  • Validate leave and overtime applications before forwarding for approval.
  • Coordinate with Payroll for accurate employee compensation processing.

4. Employee Relations and Communication

  • Assist in implementing HR policies, memos, and announcements.
  • Support HR activities such as company events, training, and employee engagement programs.
  • Provide assistance to employees with HR-related inquiries or concerns.

5. Compliance and Documentation

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of government-mandated reports (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain updated records of company permits, licenses, and HR reports.

6. Other Administrative Tasks

  • Handle HR correspondences and filing.
  • Provide logistical support during HR programs and meetings.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and standard HR practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
