About the role

Peridou Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized HR Generalist Assistant to join our dynamic team. This full-time role is based in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office. As an HR Generalist Assistant, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of comprehensive HR services across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR-related matters
  • Participating in the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and reporting

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative support role, preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in using HR-related software and Microsoft Office applications
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of Philippine labour laws and HR best practices
