About the role

You'll be the engine behind our Talent Acquisition team—owning onboarding coordination, keeping candidates informed, and making sure every new hire starts smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Drive new-hire onboarding: emails/calls, drug test coordination, start dates/times, and proactive updates on delays.
  • Track background checks and ETAs; liaise with the screening team via chat.
  • Maintain candidate data and status in Oracle; keep organized trackers in Excel.
  • Manage high-volume Outlook inbox and calendars; schedule across time zones.
  • Open/track TA help tickets; partner with Recruiters and Division Leaders to resolve issues fast.
  • Support audits, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and handle confidential info with care.
  • Contribute to TA projects and process improvements to level up tools and workflows.

What you'll need

  • 2+ years recruiting coordination or HR support in a fast-paced environment.
  • ATS experience (Oracle a plus).
  • Microsoft Office power user—Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas), Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong written/verbal communication; calm, clear, and professional.
  • Razor-sharp attention to detail; excellent multitasking and prioritization.
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Willing work US Business hours (Night shift) Onsite
