Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Makati for a Business Retention Officer. The Business Retention Officer will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, analyzing client data to identify retention opportunities, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. Additional day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients through various communication channels, addressing client concerns promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficient in analytical skills and business acumen
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience in developing and implementing client retention strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
