Main Responsibilities:

Key Requirements:
  • A strong grasp of SaaS, user journey mapping, and usability principles is essential.
  • Strong understanding of navigation optimization, retention, and referral strategies is required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in related roles, with at least 1 year in leadership, is preferred.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The ideal candidate should be proactive, results-focused, and adaptable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude are essential.
