
Records Retention Coordinator

Our US-based healthcare client is looking for a Records Retention Coordinator to join their Facilities team in Manila. This role ensures proper management, organization, and disposal of records while keeping everything compliant with company policies and legal standards.
What You'll Do- Manage records retention schedules and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements
- Oversee the full life cycle of records: creation, storage, retrieval, and destruction
- Coordinate with US-based stakeholders on third-party storage and prepare manifests
- Maintain accurate records of files held in storage facilities
- Respond to requests for records information from internal and external teams
- Support process improvements and compliance reporting
- Meet performance metrics and timelines
- Bachelor's degree (Administrative Management or related field) or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years in administrative roles (records management experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word); comfortable with third-party tech systems
- Able to work independently and collaborate across teams
