Oversee finance processes, analyze profitability, and implement efficiency improvements.

  • Manage annual budgets, monitor variances, and ensure accurate forecasting/reporting.
  • Ensure timely billing, collections, and coordination with client finance teams.
  • Review payroll accuracy, benefits compliance, and tax/government contributions.
  • Lead daily financial operations, set KPIs, and drive team performance.
  • Prepare reports, support consolidation, and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Support audits, financial closings, and staff performance management.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/CFA preferred but not required).

  • 5+ years in accounting with focus on disbursements, tax, and compliance.
  • Strong accounting/tax knowledge, Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, leadership, analytical and communication skills, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Has an awesome personality and ready to join a dynamic team
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup - 4x onsite and 1x wfh (Office: Ortigas, Pasig City)
