About the Role

Sophie's Mind Tutorial Center is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Officer to handle daily financial operations. This role supports our academic tutorials and speech-language therapy services that help children with diverse learning needs reach their full potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record monthly sales, expenses, and financial summaries
  • Process vouchers, bills, and payments accurately and on time
  • Handle payroll computation and timekeeping
  • File BIR payments and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
  • Assist with billing, collections, and coordination of due accounts
  • Support compliance with fiscal and administrative regulations
  • Manage employee contracts

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, accounting, or administrative work
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic accounting software; able to operate standard office equipment
  • Organized, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines
  • Compassionate and patient, with a genuine concern for children with diverse learning needs
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasig City, preferably in a full-time position
