Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance and Accounting Manager at our location in Pasig. The Finance and Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of financial statements, manage budgeting processes, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards, and support financial analysis to guide business decisions. Additional responsibilities include monitoring financial operations, ensuring accurate data, and providing strategic financial insights to support organizational growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Finance and Budgeting
  • Excellent problem-solving and Analytical Skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in financial software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role; background in the e-mobility industry is a bonus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
