We are looking for a Finance Manager who is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with solid experience in general accounting and financial management. The role will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all aspects of general accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Oversee audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance to accounting staff and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and internal controls.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or related functions.
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and leadership ability.
