About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Taco Commissary Staff to join the team at Takaw Food Inc.'s taco commissary in Kamuning, Quezon City. As a full-time member of our growing retail team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our commissary and the production of high-quality taco products for our stores across Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting in the preparation and assembly of taco ingredients according to recipes and standards
  2. Packaging finished taco products for distribution to our retail locations
  3. Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment in the commissary
  4. Participating in regular quality checks and inventory management
  5. Supporting the commissary manager with other tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a food production or commissary environment, preferably in the fast-food or restaurant industry
  2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality
  3. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently when needed
  4. Good communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Familiarity with proper food handling and storage procedures
  6. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
