We are looking for a driven Operations Manager to oversee our daily restaurant operations, ensure smooth execution across multiple branches, and support our growth strategy.

What You'll Do


•Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant branches, ensuring adherence to company standards on service, food quality, and cleanliness.


•Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers and staff to achieve performance excellence.


•Monitor and improve efficiency in FOH and BOH operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and procurement.


•Implement and track compliance with SOPs, checklists, and company policies.


•Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining high service standards.


•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Marketing, Commissary) for alignment and execution of business goals.


•Conduct regular branch audits, performance reviews, and staff evaluations.


•Troubleshoot operational challenges, ensuring quick resolution and long-term improvements.


•Support training, coaching, and succession planning for key staff positions.

What We're Looking For


•Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management (multi-branch experience preferred).


•Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


•Ability to manage staff performance through KPIs, coaching, and discipline when needed.


•Proficiency in operational tools (POS, Google Workspace, dashboards, or equivalent).


•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


•Strong understanding of Philippine F&B operations, labor practices, and customer service expectations.


•Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
