JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Process Engineer to ensure efficient, compliant, and continuously improving manufacturing / production / process operations. The ideal candidate will help design, optimize, document, monitor and troubleshoot process systems, particularly under ISO (and related) standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze current production / process operations to identify inefficiencies, wastage, bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement process improvements to enhance throughput, reduce cost, boost yield, and ensure quality consistency.
  • Ensure full compliance with ISO standards relevant to your industry (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, etc.).
  • Lead and support internal and external audits; manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Maintain process documentation: SOPs, work instructions, flow diagrams, process maps.
  • Use statistical tools and techniques (SPC, Six Sigma, 7 QC tools, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams: quality, maintenance, production, etc.
  • Train staff and operators on process change, compliance, documentation and ISO requirements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs): yield, cycle time, scrap / defects, downtime, OEE, etc.
  • Participate in / manage projects: new equipment/process implementation, process validation / qualification.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards relevant to the industry (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, possibly IATF 16949 or others).
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Good statistical / analytical skills.
  • Strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to use tools for process control, flow diagrams, CAD (where relevant).
  • Good communication, team work, problem solving.
