Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) programs in accordance with company policies, project specifications, and applicable standards. 
  2. Perform daily inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and regulatory standards.
  3. Prepare, review, and maintain quality-related documents, including Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
  4. Oversee and coordinate the testing of materials and processes to verify quality and adherence to standards.
  5. Interpret and implement local and international codes and standards to guarantee compliance in construction projects.
  6. Monitor and manage non-conformance reports to ensure timely resolution of any deviations from quality standards.
  7. Liaise and coordinate with project teams, consultants, site managers, and clients on quality-related issues and provide necessary technical support.

  8. Manage and ensure the effectiveness of the project's Quality Management System (QMS) and recommend continuous improvements to enhance quality performance.

  9. Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.
  • With at least three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and construction materials testing.
  • Familiar with local and international codes and standards.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience in large-scale construction projects.
  • Must be willing to work onsite Park One at Alabang-Zapote Road cor. Daang Radyal, Barangay Zapote, Las Piñas.
  • Work Schedule : Monday - Friday: 8:30AM-6:00PM
