Job description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads or databases
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team based on availability and client interest
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in CRM systems
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for calls and appointments
  • Communicate professionally and persuasively to build rapport with prospects
  • Collaborate with team members to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications
