Department: Business Development

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, initiating contact through cold calls and emails, and setting qualified appointments for our BD Managers.

Youll be the first point of contact for companies that could benefit from our BPO serviceswhich include customer service, technical support, virtual assistance, and other back-office solutions. Your goal is to open the door for partnership opportunities by connecting with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to targeted leads
  • Generate interest in our BPO and outsourcing services
  • Identify and qualify potential business clients
  • Set appointments with decision-makers for the Business Development team
  • Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM
  • Follow up with leads as needed to nurture relationships
  • Meet or exceed performance targets related to outreach and appointments
  • Stay informed about our service offerings and client success stories

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with CEOs, business owners, and other decision-makers
  • Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and rapport-building skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools, dialers, and basic productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Goal-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a BPO, outsourcing, or staffing sales environment
  • Familiarity with the US or international business market
  • Experience working in a call center or outbound campaign role
