About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter (Voice) to join our growing sales team in the Philippines. This role focuses on outbound calling to potential business clients in the United States, introducing our company's SaaS (Software as a Service) products, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
You will engage with prospects over the phone, follow scripts, handle objections, and record accurate details in our CRM system. This position requires strong spoken English, excellent listening skills, and a confident communication style suitable for professional business calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to business leads and decision-makers in the United States market.
- Qualify leads based on business fit, interest level, and readiness to engage.
- Schedule appointments or product demos using calendar and CRM tools.
- Follow approved call scripts and talking points while maintaining a natural and engaging tone.
- Accurately record call details, lead status, and outcomes in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics such as calls made, talk time, and appointments booked.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Participate in regular coaching sessions and product training to enhance call effectiveness.
