Appointment Setter (Trucking Services)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. The role involves engaging with potential clients through cold calling, scheduling appointments, generating leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. You will play a key part in driving business growth by identifying opportunities and setting up client meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company services.
Set and confirm appointments for client meetings and service presentations.
Maintain and update client information and call records in the system.
Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Provide timely updates and reports on appointment status and lead progress.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and scheduled appointments.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling cold calls and client interactions.
Ability to generate leads and meet appointment-setting targets.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of the trucking or logistics industry is an advantage but not required.
