We areseeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our team in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating qualified sales leads and booking appointments with potential customers over the phone. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing


• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels with clear, efficient communication

• Resolve product or service issues with a calm, solution-oriented approach

• De-escalate complaints and ensure customer satisfaction through active listening

• Process returns, exchanges, and order updates accurately and on time

• Make 300–500 outbound calls daily to generate leads and qualify prospects

• Complete customer forms and maintain accurate records in CRM systems

• Schedule and confirm appointments based on client and team availability

• Adjust communication style to effectively engage diverse customers

• Spot and suggest upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs

• Follow up after resolutions to ensure lasting satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for


• Must have BPO experience, preferably with a background in sales or outbound campaigns.

• Must have a neutral or decent accent, with clear English and good tonality.

• Must demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
