
Receptionist/Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone or referring inquiries.
- Answer calls and inquiries from clients and applicants.
- Handle administrative concerns of the departments.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
- Support office management functions.
- Coordinate with management on day-to-day administrative operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Office Administration or related field.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Preferably with knowledge and/or experience in administrative and/or reception tasks.
- Possesses a strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide assistance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Must have knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
