Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone or referring inquiries.
  • Answer calls and inquiries from clients and applicants.
  • Handle administrative concerns of the departments.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
  • Support office management functions.
  • Coordinate with management on day-to-day administrative operation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Office Administration or related field.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Preferably with knowledge and/or experience in administrative and/or reception tasks.
  • Possesses a strong customer service mindset with the ability to provide assistance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Must have knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
