Cashier/Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Issue receipts, process returns or exchanges, and reconcile the cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and cashier area.
- Schedule appointments or assist customers with inquiries as needed.
- Provide information about products, services, or policies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
- Report any discrepancies, customer issues, or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory tracking when needed.
Qualifications:
- Willing to be assigned at San Juan City, Greenhills
- Can start ASAP
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a Japanese cuisine, receptionist, cashier, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with handling cash and electronic payments.
- Proficient in using office equipment (phones, computers, printers) and POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
