Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
  • Manage visitor registration, access control, and issue visitor passes.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Assist residents with requests such as service bookings, delivery coordination, and information inquiries.
  • Coordinate with security, housekeeping, engineering, and concierge for resident and guest needs.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
  • Receive and log packages, deliveries, and correspondence; notify residents accordingly.
  • Keep accurate records of visitor logs, incident reports, and resident requests.
  • Enforce condominium house rules and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Support the concierge team in providing high-quality resident services.
  • Perform other administrative and front desk tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of front desk, receptionist, or guest service experience, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of property management or front desk systems is an advantage.
  • Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
