Key Responsibilities:
- Greet residents, guests, and visitors warmly and professionally.
- Manage visitor registration, access control, and issue visitor passes.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and resident inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist residents with requests such as service bookings, delivery coordination, and information inquiries.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, engineering, and concierge for resident and guest needs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.
- Receive and log packages, deliveries, and correspondence; notify residents accordingly.
- Keep accurate records of visitor logs, incident reports, and resident requests.
- Enforce condominium house rules and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Support the concierge team in providing high-quality resident services.
- Perform other administrative and front desk tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1–2 years of front desk, receptionist, or guest service experience, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications; knowledge of property management or front desk systems is an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
