Hotel Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and reservations.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about resort facilities, casino services, and promotions.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve issues.
- Maintain records of guest information, payments, and room assignments.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and properly equipped.
- Handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions securely and accurately.
- Uphold confidentiality of guest information and follow company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or vocational diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or front desk associate (hotel, resort, or casino experience is an advantage).
- Height must be at least 5`3 feet.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Well-groomed, professional, and service-oriented.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
