Responsibilities

  • Provide expert technical guidance and solutions to customers, ensuring their specific requirements are met
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams to understand product features and capabilities
  • Prepare detailed technical proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our products
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to showcase our products and services
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in a technical discipline such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, ideally in the manufacturing or industrial equipment industry
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different audiences
  • Proven track record in identifying and converting sales opportunities
  • Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and attend industry events as needed
  • Knowledgeable in LASER, Automation, and Test products is a plus.
