About the role

Bayfield Equipment Corporation, an affiliate of Kilton Motor Corporation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in Carmona, Cavite. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our company's technical products and services. He or she will work closely with the sales and engineering team to identify and qualify leads, and then use their technical expertise to demonstrate the value of our products and services to potential customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify and qualify leads through outbound and inbound sales activities.
  • Work with the sales and engineering teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Use technical expertise to provide detailed product overviews and answer technical questions for potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and service teams to plan for special installations and ensure products and services meet customer needs.
  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with the marketing, product, and engineering teams
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

What we're looking for

  • Completed a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering, or any related course.
  • With at least 1-2 years (s) of related working experience in a similar capacity.
  • Preferably with experience as Sales in Generator set, Heavy Equipment or Machineries is an advantage
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
