About the Role

As a Merchandising Manager at PTC Commercial Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in optimising our product displays and creating engaging in-store experiences for our customers. This full-time position is based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila, and will involve overseeing a team of merchandisers to ensure our retail presence is maximised.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead a team of merchandisers to maintain and enhance product displays and in-store experiences across our retail network
  • Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Monitor store conditions and inventory levels to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to the merchandising team to ensure consistent brand implementation
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to continuously optimise merchandising approaches
  • Maintain detailed records and report on the performance of merchandising initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a merchandising or retail operations role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Excellent knowledge of visual merchandising principles and best practices
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Keen eye for detail and a flair for creating visually appealing and impactful product displays
  • Data-driven approach to decision making, with the ability to interpret sales and customer insights
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
