Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to manage product displays, monitor inventory levels, and optimize the visual presentation of merchandise to enhance customer experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a good understanding of consumer behavior and retail trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in retail stores or outlets.
  • Ensure products are displayed attractively and according to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor product stock levels and coordinate with inventory or supply chain teams to ensure replenishment.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to adjust displays and product placement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotions, launches, and seasonal changes.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit and maintain merchandising standards.
  • Train in-store staff on visual standards and product presentation.
  • Maintain awareness of current market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a merchandiser or in a similar retail role.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with planograms, inventory management, and retail software is a plus.
  • Physical stamina to set up displays and stand for extended periods.
