About the role

At ESV International Corporation, we are seeking an experienced Merchandising Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the visual presentation and in-store experience for our retail customers. This is a full-time position based in Tondo, Manila City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand execution and adherence to visual standards
  • Analysing sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise product placement
  • Providing training and guidance to store personnel on best practices for merchandising and product presentation
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability
  • Identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies in product displays or store execution
  • Continuously exploring new merchandising techniques and trends to stay ahead of the competition

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a merchandising or visual merchandising role, preferably within the retail industry
  • Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, visual merchandising principles, and in-store marketing strategies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and execute projects within set timelines
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and influence key stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment
  • Passion for creating visually appealing and engaging in-store experiences
