We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandising Manager to lead product planning, inventory, and store execution. The role involves developing merchandising strategies, managing assortments and pricing, overseeing inventory and vendor partnerships, and ensuring strong brand consistency to drive sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Analyze sales data, forecast sales and inventory, and determine product assortments, pricing, and promotions.
  • Manage inventory levels to avoid stockouts/overstocks; monitor performance and work with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships; negotiate terms, pricing, and schedules; evaluate new products/vendors.
  • Oversee store execution and visual merchandising to maximize sales and customer interest.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve targets and implement strategies to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in merchandising, incl. 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience.
  • Background in luxury retail, fashion, or SM consignment/department stores preferred.
  • Strong data analysis, strategy development, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Creative with an eye for visual merchandising and layout optimization.
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and pricing strategies.
  • Must be Manila-based or willing to relocate to Binondo; immediate availability preferred; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
