What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise and creativity
- Managing and mentoring a team of skilled line cooks, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation and service
- Maintaining strict control over kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control and staff scheduling
- Collaborating with the restaurant management team to enhance the overall customer experience
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
- Representing the restaurant at industry events and engaging with the local culinary community
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
- Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and driving operational excellence
- Excellent culinary skills and a deep understanding of international cuisine trends and techniques
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for sourcing and working with high-quality, fresh ingredients
- Certification in food safety and hygiene management
