What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise and creativity
  • Managing and mentoring a team of skilled line cooks, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation and service
  • Maintaining strict control over kitchen operations, including inventory management, cost control and staff scheduling
  • Collaborating with the restaurant management team to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety and food hygiene regulations
  • Representing the restaurant at industry events and engaging with the local culinary community

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of leading a kitchen team and driving operational excellence
  • Excellent culinary skills and a deep understanding of international cuisine trends and techniques
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for sourcing and working with high-quality, fresh ingredients
  • Certification in food safety and hygiene management
