This role plays a key part in planning, executing, and supporting our marketing efforts — both online and offline. You will collaborate with different departments to ensure marketing campaigns run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Track employee attendance, leave requests, and time-off balances
- Support HR compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Help onboard new hires and coordinate orientation sessions
- Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to general inquiries
- Organize and maintain office files, supplies, and equipment
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as needed
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Preferred, but not Required)
- Experience in a similar role (HR Staff or Admin Assistant) (Preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok marketing strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Filipino and English
- Highly organized and attentive to details
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
