About the role
Unibrew Industry Trading is seeking talented Administrative Interns to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. As an ADMIN INTERN (HR / ACCOUNTING), you will play a vital role in supporting our Human Resources and Accounting departments, gaining valuable experience in a diverse range of administrative tasks. This is a casual work arrangement, providing the flexibility to balance your studies and professional development.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with various HR-related tasks, such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training
- Support the Accounting team with data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliation of financial records
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and responding to inquiries
- Participate in project-based work and special initiatives as needed
- Develop a strong understanding of Unibrew Industry Trading's operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization
What we're looking for
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or any relevant course
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently
- Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
- Passion for contributing to the success of a dynamic, growing organization
- Can start ASAP.
