HR INTERNSHIP

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in Human Resources, from helping with recruitment to assisting in employee activities. It's a great opportunity to learn how HR works in a real workplace.

What You'll Do:

  • Help with posting job ads and screening resumes.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Update and organize employee files and HR records.
  • Support company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Do basic administrative tasks like filing, scanning, and preparing documents.
  • Learn about HR policies, workplace practices, and labor standards.
  • Work closely with the HR team on day-to-day tasks.

What We're Looking For:

  • A student taking up Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business, or a related course.
  • Willing to learn and able to handle tasks with confidentiality.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Knows basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and a team player.
