Responsibilities:

  • Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs;
  • Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services.
  • Will be responsible for generating leads of prospective clients.
  • will be responsible for getting appointments & carrying out sales meetings with SMEs;
  • Will be responsible for conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side.
  • Will be responsible for maintaining various sales within defined timelines.
  • Will be responsible for doing any other activities as may be deemed of by the Management.
  • Maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients;
  • Ensuring proper servicing and after sales support to clients;
  • Data reporting to management and gathering market intelligence.
  • Will be responsible for payment follow up.
  • Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification.
  • Will be responsible for solving the challenges of prospective clients with various products.
  • shall be responsible to follow the sales process and processes given by management/ Branch Head timely.
