Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Accounts Management

-Serve as account manager for corporate, government, group, and VIP clients

-Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction

-Prepare custom travel proposals, quotations, and group itineraries

-Conduct post-travel follow-ups to assess satisfaction and upsell future services

-Handle bulk booking arrangements for incentive travel, educational tours, corporate trips, etc.

Sales Generation & Lead Conversion

-Actively generate leads through networking, cold calling, client referrals, and online platforms

-Handle inquiries and convert them into bookings through persuasive sales communication

-Close sales with individual and group travelers, and negotiate B2B travel packages

-Maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions

-Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Booking & Operations Support

-Book flights, hotels, tours, and transfers using:

-GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

-Airline portals (e.g., PAL Biz, Cebu Pacific portal, AirAsia agent site)

-B2B travel booking platforms (e.g., Travelfusion, Hotelbeds, TBO)

-Coordinate with suppliers, consolidators, and operations teams to finalize bookings and deliverables

-Ensure accuracy of bookings, documentation, and client travel preferences

-Handle rebooking, cancellations, and special requests as needed

Marketing Coordination

-Support digital and offline marketing efforts, especially for lead generation and promotions

-Coordinate social media campaigns, content creation, and travel promo blasts

-Prepare marketing materials for travel expos, client presentations, and online listings

-Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns (engagement, lead capture, bookings)

Documentation & Reporting

-Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, sales transactions, and client communications

-Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:

Sales performance

-Booking volume

-Campaign effectiveness

-Track ROI on promotional activities and recommend improvements

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, Business Administration, or related field

-At least 2–3 years of experience in a marketing or accounts coordination role

-(Experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry is highly preferred)

Skills & Competencies

-Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language)

-Excellent organizational and coordination abilities

-Customer service-oriented, with strong interpersonal skills

-Knowledgeable in travel operations (e.g., itinerary planning, booking flow, group travel)

-Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, basic CRM or marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads, etc.)

-Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure

Preferred but Not Required

-Familiarity with social media tools (Facebook Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok)

-Experience in B2B or corporate sales

-Graphic design or content creation background is a plus.
