Execute overall account strategy to generate business for the property; retain, expand and grow account revenue of existing accounts and achieve overall sales target.

  • Assist the Sales Department with overall sales-related administrative duties.
  • Perform administrative functions including but not limited to preparing and sending out hotel agreements for Sales Managers, preparing and distributing banquet event orders and facilitating weekly operations meeting.
  • Assist in writing routine correspondences.​
  • Coordinate sales-related details before and after the sale.
  • Answers phones, make follow-up calls with prospective clients, and hold meetings with clients to book an event.
  • Report or escalate to the DOSM or Sales Manager concerns raised, if any, with sales bookings or group functions.
  • Follow through client requests and ensure proper endorsement to concerned parties.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to facilitate marketing activities such as exhibits, trade shows, sales blitzes, quarterly hotel events, etc.
  • Provide status reports to the DOSM on overall sales and marketing activities.
  • Support sales team by tracking and measuring sales programs, trade show leads and target opportunities.​
  • Assist in conducting market research on competitor's offers by checking all media for current offerings on a regular basis.
  • Research on target advertising in all media for niche markets (corporate, local residents, golfers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) on the development of request for marketing materials or collaterals for print, internet, television, and radio (print ads, feature articles, fliers, etc.)
  • Assists the General Manager with conceptualization and implementation of marketing activities at the property.
  • Organize and maintain file system, and files correspondence and other records.
  • Attend regular Sales Meetings, prepares agenda and minutes of the meetings, as needed.
  • Prepare other tasks as maybe assigned.​
