The Role

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator who can build and run the HR function for our entire organization. This isn't your typical HR job—you'll essentially be creating our HR department from the ground up, making sure we're fully compliant, running smoothly, and ready to scale.

If you're a self-starter who loves bringing order to chaos and sweating the details, this could be your role. You'll own the entire employee lifecycle, with a major focus on the complex healthcare compliance requirements our home health agency (WHCC) has to meet.

What You'll Do

  • Handle recruiting end-to-end: Post jobs, review applications, schedule interviews, and guide candidates through the hiring process across all our companies.
  • Run onboarding and credentialing: Get new hires set up with all the paperwork (I-9s, W-4s, you know the drill), background checks, and initial orientation.
  • Own compliance (this is huge): This is really the heart of the job. You'll track, manage, and audit every employee credential and file to make sure we're 100% ready for agency surveys and audits. That means:
  • Verifying professional licenses (RN, LPN, etc.)
  • Managing Level 2 background screenings
  • Tracking CPR/BLS certifications, TB tests, physicals, and other health requirements
  • Making sure in-service training gets completed
  • Keep employee files spotless: Maintain organized, audit-ready files that can stand up to any scrutiny.
  • Handle payroll and HR systems: Either process payroll directly or work closely with our payroll provider, and keep employee data current in our systems.
  • Develop policies: Help us create and update HR policies and keep our employee handbook current.
  • Be the HR go-to person: Answer employee questions about HR stuff, benefits, and general concerns.
  • Manage exits: Handle the off-boarding process, including paperwork and exit interviews.

What You Bring

  • 3-5+ years of HR experience
  • Healthcare experience (home health, hospital, skilled nursing, or similar) is a big plus
  • Solid understanding of healthcare compliance and employee credentialing
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable with HR software and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php Php235.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
