Heritage Career Institute is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HUMAN RESOURCES & PERSONNEL COORDINATOR to support employee onboarding, credential tracking, compliance monitoring, and personnel documentation. This role ensures that all HR records are accurate, up to date, and aligned with institutional and regulatory requirements. The Coordinator will work closely with the School Director and faculty to maintain personnel files, manage staff compliance, oversee onboarding processes, and support performance documentation efforts.
This is a part-time position that requires up to 10 hours per week, depending on the management approval. Your permanent Shift will be during the Eastern Standard Time.

Rendering Hours: up to 10 hours per week (depending on the management approval)
Compensation (Monthly): 85 pesos per hour
Responsibilities of HR & Personnel Administration Coordinator
The Human Resources & Personnel Administration Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that employee records, credentials, and compliance requirements are properly managed across the institution. This position supports the full HR lifecycle—from onboarding, documentation, and benefits coordination to safety compliance and policy acknowledgment tracking. The Coordinator ensures that all personnel documentation is accurate, secure, and accessible for audits or administrative review. By maintaining credential renewals, OSHA compliance, and employee files, this role supports smooth institutional operations and ensures that all faculty and staff remain compliant with school and regulatory standards.

HR & PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
Reports to: School Director
Collaborates with: Operations, Finance Coordinator, HR Coordinator
Primary Focus: Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Personnel Administration:
- Maintain online personnel files for all employees (I-9s, W-4s, background checks)
- Manage all faculties' online credential folders
- Track staff credential renewals (RN licenses, CPR certifications, TB tests)
- Process new hire paperwork and onboarding checklists Coordinate benefits enrollment and communicate benefit changes
- Maintain OSHA compliance (bloodborne pathogens training, safety protocols) Document safety incidents and workers' compensation claims
- Support Director with performance documentation and disciplinary actions
- Maintain employee handbook acknowledgments and policy sign-offs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Has background experience in Human Resources, administration, personnel management, and Customer service is required.
- Familiarity with HR compliance documentation (I-9, W-4, credential files, OSHA)
- Has strong record-keeping skills; keen attention to detail in reviewing and verifying documents to ensure accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general administrative tools.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work during AM EST hours without any conflicting schedule
- Must NOT engage in any other employment, consulting, or business activity (whether full-time or part-time) that may create a conflict of interest with the Institution.
