JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff, including team leaders, riders, front staff, and kitchen staff.
  • Provide training and support to new employees and ongoing coaching to current staff to maintain high performance standards.
  • Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • In charge of monthly forecast of office supply.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that supplies are stocked and properly managed.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash outs, bank deposits,cash replenishment, and reconciling transactions.
  • Ensure that the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
  • Attend and contribute to regular management meetings to discuss restaurant performance, staff issue, and other operational matters.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or hospitality is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at lest 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of food and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic food production environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
