Salary: 600.00/day plus service charge and tips

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation & Cooking

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure food is cooked to the right temperature and consistency.
  • Follow portion control guidelines to maintain food cost and quality.
  • Assist in developing new dishes or improving existing ones as needed.

2. Kitchen Operations & Cleanliness

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
  • Ensure workstations, equipment, and utensils are properly sanitized.
  • Follow food safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
  • Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Kitchen Supervisor.

3. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service.
  • Communicate effectively with waitstaff and supervisors regarding food orders.
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.

4. Efficiency & Time Management

  • Prepare dishes quickly and efficiently, especially during peak hours.
  • Minimize food waste and maintain cost-effective kitchen operations.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Cook or similar role in a casual or fast casual restaurant.
  • Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
