Supervisor – Beach Resort

Location: Lobo, Batangas

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: On-site | Shifting | Weekends & Holidays required

Willing to Relocate to Lobo, Batangas

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring exceptional guest experience and smooth day-to-day operations at The Kind Resort. This role oversees front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensures service standards are met, and supports the Resort Manager in achieving operational goals while maintaining the brand's ethos of kindness, warmth, and hospitality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Guest Service & Experience

• Maintain The Kind Resort's high service standards and brand image.
• Ensure guests feel welcomed, attended to, and cared for throughout their stay.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct spot checks on rooms, pool area, restaurant, and amenities to ensure cleanliness and readiness.

Operations & Administration

• Assist the Resort Manager with daily operations and coordination between all departments.
• Oversee check-in/check-out process, reservations, and guest confirmations.
• Monitor inventory of supplies (linen, amenities, cleaning, F&B) and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Ensure accurate daily reports such as occupancy, cash sales summary, and incident logs.
• Ensure property rules, safety protocols, and security measures are properly implemented.

Staff Supervision & Performance

• Lead and supervise front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff during shift.
• Conduct daily team briefings and ensure tasks and service flows are clear.
• Train new and existing staff in guest service standards and operational policies.
• Support team performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve service quality.

Quality & Brand Compliance

• Uphold sustainability practices and promote brand values across guest touchpoints.
• Ensure facilities, furnishings, and amenities are maintained and in good condition.
• Conduct preventive maintenance reporting and coordinate repairs with maintenance team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 2 years experience in hospitality, hotel, or resort operations
• College graduate preferred, hospitality-related course an advantage
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate people
• Excellent customer service orientation and conflict-resolution skills
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
• Knowledge in POS and hotel systems is an advantage
• Willing to be based in Lobo, Batangas

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php30,000.00 per month
