Role Description
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for handling existing accounts and maintaining a strong relationship with the client. Point person for all key client matters, anticipate the client's needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. Also responsible for bringing in new business from existing clients or contacts and developing new relationships with potential clients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- With 3-5years work-related experience in food industry
- Sales, business development, and account management skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig
