a. Support talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the screening, interviewing, reference check, background check and offer letter process.
b. Source, screen, and review applicants' profiles based on specific selection criteria, to determine qualification matches.
c. Schedule, interview, and endorse shortlisted applicants for staff level positions to hiring managers for final review and evaluation.
d. Prepare and discuss Job Offers to qualified applicants.
e. Discuss pre-employment requirements to applicants.
f. Prepare Job Contracts prior to the new hire's start date.
g. Update applicant's status and sends regret Email and/or Text Message
h. Build and develop relationships with the different business units. Coordinate with them to understand their hiring requirements.
i. Work with hiring managers to ensure that they are kept fully up to date with the progress of their successful candidate.
