Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and organized
Social Media & Community Manager
to help us:

  • Manage Shine Academy Preschool and Childcare's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Create engaging posts, short videos, and "today's ganaps" content showing classroom activities.
  • Run small paid campaigns to attract new enrollees.
  • Engage with parents online (FB group, Viber) and gather testimonials.
  • Coordinate referral promotions and fun parent-child activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and post content regularly (images, short videos, captions).
  • Monitor engagement and respond to parent inquiries promptly.
  • Collect and organize parent testimonials and success stories.
  • Collaborate with Shine staff for updates, highlights, and special events.
  • Track campaign results and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing social media for small businesses or schools.
  • Strong communication and writing skills. Warm, friendly tone.
  • Basic graphic design (Canva) and video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads is a plus.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
