Description

Virtual Staffing Solutions is looking for driven and results-oriented Cold Callers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective business owners, introducing our financial products, and qualifying leads to support our clients in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business owners to introduce Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) products and services.
  • Qualify leads and determine eligibility based on client-provided criteria.
  • Follow up with interested applicants and assist them in completing the MCA application process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system (ZOHO).
  • Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Equivalent level of English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably within the financial services or MCA industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate data.
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented individual with a strong drive to meet targets
