Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Cold Caller / Telemarketer responsible for reaching out to homeowners who have not previously engaged with the client. The role focuses on introducing services, generating initial interest, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication throughout each interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to homeowners to introduce the client's services and create initial interest.
• Engage prospects effectively and build rapport to encourage further conversation.
• Handle objections confidently and apply critical thinking to determine the best course of action during calls.
• Transfer calls accurately and efficiently, following the correct process for smooth handoffs.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively at all times.
• Document call interactions and outcomes as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cold calling and sales, with the ability to engage homeowners and spark interest.
• Strong communication skills, both in delivering information and in active listening.
• Knowledge of proper call transfer procedures to ensure accurate and seamless transitions.
• Critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions while handling objections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php20,000.00 per month
