The Role:

The Role

As Web3 & AI Product Growth Manager, you will be at the forefront of growing, engaging, and retaining our global Web3 user base. This role blends strategy with execution — from designing high-impact operational plans to working cross-functionally across product, marketing, and engineering to bring them to life.

What You'll Do

Lead Web3 Product Operations

  • Develop and execute operational strategies across all lifecycle stages — pre-launch, launch, and post-launch — aimed at growing and retaining a global Web3 user base.

Build User Engagement Systems

  • Design and manage user operations systems with segmentation strategies to boost in-app activity, engagement, and retention.

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends

  • Track Web3 market dynamics, emerging trends, and competitor activities; identify opportunities to launch timely campaigns and product enhancements.

Own Operational Metrics & Insights

  • Define KPIs and performance metrics, analyze data for insights, and optimize strategies through iterative experimentation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to align operations with product vision and user needs.
Ideal Profile:

What We're Looking For

Experience: 3+ years in product operations, growth, or similar roles with ownership from strategy to execution — ideally in Web3, tech, or SaaS.

Web3 Fluency: Deep understanding and genuine interest in the Web3 and AI space; experience in contributing to or scaling Web3 projects is a big plus.

User-Centric: Skilled in identifying and meeting user needs; experienced in designing and running user operations strategies in decentralized ecosystems.

Data-Driven: Able to define and track key metrics, uncover actionable insights, and continuously refine operational tactics.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in early-stage or high-growth startups
  • Familiarity with blockchain protocols, DAOs, NFTs, DeFi, or similar domains
  • Strong project management and stakeholder alignment skills
